2025 Trees & Utilities Conference

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2025 Trees & Utilities Conference September 9-11 in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Please fill out this form completely and submit your application for sponsorship. All sponsorship is on a first come/first serve basis and a completed form must be submitted. No verbal commitments of sponsorship are accepted. Once the complete form is submitted, you will receive an email confirming your sponsorship level and an invoice will follow. Completion of the form is a commitment to sponsor the Trees & Utilities Conference.

Sponsorships must be submitted by July 18, 2025. No sponsorships will be accepted after that date, unless discussed with staff prior. All payments must be recieved within 45 days of receiving the invoice, but no later than August 1, 2025.

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions:

Sponsors may display materials and signage only in pre-approved locations. Please contact conference organizers to verify materials and sign placement prior to the conference.

Sponsors will provide one high-resolution color logo to conference organizers via the link in this form. Only one logo per company will be accepted to be utilized in the sponsor benefits listed in the prospectus. No combination of logos allowed.

All sponsor recognition will be displayed within 5 business days of a paid in full invoice.

I understand that by signing this sponsorship contract I am agreeing to pay the amount I have indicated for the 2025 Trees & Utilities Conference within 45 days of receiving the invoice, but no later than August 1, 2025.
