Reservation Details

Team Members may reserve no more than 2 rooms at a time, with a maximum of 2 nights per month. Any exceptions to this will need to be approved by Director of Rooms.
The discount applies to Standard room only. If a team member wishes to upgrade, they will need to pay the going rate for the room upgrade based on the date.
Team Member reservations will not be available at the following times:
- When a particular date’s forecast is 90% or greater
- During predetermined Black Out Dates
Note that reservations will be accepted up to 364 days in advance.
- For reservations made between 31 and 364 days of the arrival date, the Team Member discounted rate will be $49.00 per room, per night, for a Standard room.
- For reservations made within 1 to 30 days of the arrival date, the Team Member discounted rate will be $79.00 per room, per night, for a Standard room.
Reservations will email the Team Member letting them know the form was received. The Team Member will then be asked to call the Reservations Department to provide a credit card to complete the process.
Cancellations are accepted until 48 hours before the check-in date. The Team Member will be held responsible for the rate they secured the room for if cancelling with less the 48 hours’ notice. No call no shows will have the credit card on file charged for the amount owed. If no card is on file, the amount will be deducted from their next paycheck.
All Team Members are expected to conduct themselves and their party with respect towards the hotel and their fellow Team Members throughout the reservation process and while on the Arbor Day Farm property.

Rates are per room / per night.
During the months of June, September and October, as well as New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day/Weekend, Arbor Day Weekend and Three-Day Holiday Weekends, a team member reservation will be determined no earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day prior to registered arrival date. Because these are our busiest days/seasons and availability is limited, we will decide on a daily basis if rooms will be available at the team member rate.
For rooms within a group room block that is quoted as a guest room rate only, team member rates will apply only for the team member, the team member’s spouse and/or the team member’s children. The room rate will be $79.00. For rooms within a group room block that is quoted as a Complete Meeting Package (guest room rate + meal(s) + conference service fee + etc.) team member discounts will not apply.
